Product Features:
Prefabricated RTR temperature sensors are usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recorders, computers, and other devices, suitable for steam pipelines, boilers, and other measurement locations where temperature, pressure, and flow rate are required. It measures the temperature of liquids, gaseous media, and solid surfaces within the -200~500°C range, and is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, refining, machinery, metallurgy and steel, mining, environmental protection, desulfurization and denitrification, electric power, light textiles, food, pharmaceuticals, and equipment manufacturing.
Prefabricated RTDs typically consist of key components such as temperature-sensing elements, mounting fixtures, and junction boxes.

The WZP-131 prefabricated RTD is usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recorders, computers, and similar devices. It can directly measure the temperature of liquids, steam, and gas media, as well as solid surfaces, within the -200~500°C range during production. Our factory produces two main categories of prefabricated, unified design RTDs: Pt100 platinum RTDs that meet IEC international graduation codes and Cu50 copper RTDs that meet professional standard graduation codes. Additionally, it features simple assembly, easy replacement, spring-type temperature sensing elements with good vibration resistance, a wide measurement range, high mechanical strength, and excellent voltage resistance.
Working principle
Thermal resistance measures temperature by utilizing the characteristic that a material's own resistance changes with temperature changes. The heated part of the resistor (the temperature-sensing element) is evenly wound in pairs of fine metal wires onto a framework made of insulating material. When there is a temperature gradient in the measured medium, the measured temperature is the average temperature in the dielectric layer within the range of the sensing element.
Prefabricated RTDs mainly consist of a junction box, protective tubes, terminal blocks, insulating sleeves, and temperature-sensing components, and are paired with various mounting and fixing device components
