Movable flange RTDs
1. Application:
Usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recorders, electronic computing, etc. Directly measures the temperature of liquids, vapors, gases, and solid surfaces within the -200°C~500°C range in various production processes.
2. Features
· Spring-type temperature sensing element, excellent vibration resistance;
· No need for wire compensation, saving costs;

3. Working Principle
Thermal resistance measures temperature by utilizing the characteristic that a material's resistance changes with temperature changes. When the resistance value changes, the working instrument displays the temperature value corresponding to the resistance value.

5. Room temperature insulation resistance
The thermal resistance is at ambient temperatures of 15–35°C, with relative humidity not exceeding 80%. The test voltage is 10–100V (DC). The insulation resistance between the electrode and the outer casing is >100MΩ.
