Overview of the temperature control unit

Temperature Control Range: -60-200℃
Applicable to 150L jacketed reaction kettles, with a heating power of 10KW and a cooling power of 10KW.
The high- and low-temperature circulation unit is also known as a “high-and-low-temperature integrated machine,” “cold-and-hot integrated machine,” or “heating and cooling circulator.”
The integrated high- and low-temperature circulation unit is primarily used to provide ultra-low temperature circulating cooling liquid for the jacket of reaction vessels that require low-temperature reactions, thereby maintaining low-temperature conditions during operation. It can be used in conjunction with double-layer glass reactors of 200L, 150L, 100L, and other capacities, cooling the reaction vessel contents down to -50℃ or -60℃.
● Microcomputer-controlled, with fully digital Chinese display for easy operation. The temperature display uses high-brightness LEDs. Equipped with high- and low-pressure protection, overload protection, and overcurrent protection functions.
● Environmentally friendly, fluorine-free refrigerant that complies with EU and national standards.
● The compressor, oil separator, solenoid valve, expansion valve, and other components of the refrigeration system are all from imported brands.
● The evaporator is a fully brazed plate heat exchanger.
● A low-temperature-specific circulating pump ensures no leakage or stalling even under low-temperature operating conditions.
● The circulation system adopts a closed-loop design, providing volatile-free protection for laboratory personnel’s health.
● The liquid storage tank and the chilled medium are both made of 304 stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance.
● The entire unit is stable and reliable, capable of meeting the demand for process cooling sources in continuous production lasting over 24 hours.
● The main unit can be cooled by air or water.
● The housing features electrostatic powder coating for excellent corrosion resistance.

Closed-loop circulation
The entire system is fully enclosed. At high temperatures, it produces no oil mist; at low temperatures, it does not absorb moisture from the air. During operation, the system’s pressure does not rise due to high temperatures, and at low temperatures, the heat transfer medium is automatically replenished.
