3. Explosion-Proof Fixed Thread Thermocouple - Working Principle
Explosion-proof thermocouples utilize the explosion-proof principle of gaps, designed with sufficiently strong junction boxes and other components. All components that may generate sparks, arcs, or hazardous temperatures are sealed inside the junction box chamber. When an explosion occurs inside the chamber, the flame can be extinguished and cooled through the gap at the joint surface, preventing the flame and temperature from passing outside the chamber, thus providing explosion protection.
