3. Working principle of explosion-proof fixed flange thermocouples:
Explosion-proof thermocouples use the principle of gap explosion-proof protection, designed with sufficiently strong junction boxes and other components. All components that may generate sparks, arcs, or hazardous temperatures are sealed inside the junction box cavity. When an explosion occurs inside the cavity, the gap between the joint surfaces extinguishes and cools the flame, preventing the flame and temperature from passing outside the chamber, thus providing explosion protection.
