1. Functions and Scope of Application
The UHZ top-mounted magnetic flap level gauge uses a float assembly as the measurement element. Through the effect of liquid buoyancy, the float moves up and down, causing the magnet at the upper end of the push rod to move up and down. Through magnetic coupling, the magnetic flip column of the display module flips to track changes in liquid level, making the display eye-catching and the readings intuitive. Since the display component is completely isolated from the measured medium, it is reliable to use. This level meter is suitable for various underground tanks and other containers, as well as for containers where side openings are not suitable. When paired with a matching instrument, it can be used for remote detection to achieve automatic control functions.
2. Working Principle
It is made based on the principles of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level inside the container fluctuates, it drives the float ball, which moves up and down through the magnet at the upper end of the connected rod, and through magnetic coupling, causes the flipping column in the display to flip. When the liquid level rises, the flip column changes from white to red. When the liquid level drops, the turning column changes from red to white. The red-white boundary represents the actual height of the medium liquid level inside the container, enabling automatic liquid level tracking and display.
3. Features
1. When the container is not suitable for opening holes from the side and there is little space around the container, this type of level gauge can be arranged at the top or bottom of the container.

6. Application Guidelines
1. Nominal pressure for anti-corrosion type≤ 1.0MPa
. 2. The level gauge has a certain zone, so blind spot compensation should be added when reading the liquid level height (at the time of leaving the factory, the zero position on the scale has shifted to the actual value).
3. The measurement range of the level gauge should not exceed 5 meters; otherwise, it will affect the stability and reliability of the gauge, as well as its durability.
4. Install the connection flange; commonly used protruding surface dimensions for this level gauge are manufactured with reference (HG21592-97).7. Installation, use, and maintenance
1. The level gauge guide tube and main tube must be installed vertically to ensure the float ball assembly can move freely up and down inside the main tube.
2. The connecting rod must not bend and must be inserted vertically.
3. After installation, use a magnet to guide the flipping column of the display once so that above zero it shows white and below zero shows red.
4. After installing the liquid level gauge, use a magnet to calibrate it and guide the flipping column once so that below zero it shows red. Above zero, white is displayed.
