1. Application of compensation wire-type armored thermocouples
It is usually used in conjunction with display instruments, recorders, electronic computers, and similar devices. Directly measures the temperature of liquids, steam, and gas media, as well as solid surfaces, within the 0°C~1300°C range in various production processes.
2. Compensates for the characteristics of wire-armored thermocouples
Lower thermal response time, reducing dynamic errors; Can be installed and used with bends; Large measurement range; High mechanical strength and good pressure resistance;
3. Compensation wire-armored thermocouple working principle
The electrodes of armored thermocouples are made of two different conductor materials. When there is a temperature difference between the measuring and reference terminals, a thermoelectric potential is generated, and the working instrument displays the temperature value corresponding to the thermoelectric potential.
