1. Flat-junction armored thermocouples are commonly used in conjunction with display instruments, recorders, electronic computers, and similar devices. Directly measures the temperature of liquids, steam, and gas media, as well as solid surfaces, within the 0°C~1300°C range in various production processes.
2. Features of flat-junction, plug-in armored thermocouples
Low thermal response time, reduced dynamic errors, flexible installation and use, large measurement range, high mechanical strength, and good pressure resistance.
3. Working principle of flat-connected plug-in armored thermocouples: The electrodes of an armored thermocouple are composed of two different conductor materials. When there is a temperature difference between the measuring and reference terminals, a thermoelectric potential is generated, and the working instrument displays the temperature value corresponding to the thermoelectric potential. 4.
