    The glass reactor features a double‑walled design: the inner jacket holds the reaction solvent and enables stirred reactions, while the interlayer can be connected to various heating or cooling sources—such as refrigerant, hot water, or thermal oil—to provide circulating heating or cooling. Under precisely controlled temperature conditions, this sealed glass reactor allows for stirred reactions at atmospheric or reduced pressure, depending on operational requirements, and supports reflux and distillation of reaction mixtures. It is an ideal pilot‑scale and production‑scale apparatus for modern fine chemical synthesis, biopharmaceutical manufacturing, and new materials development.

    2. Overall stainless steel upright column mobile frame structure, with a six-port reactor lid equipped with a complete set of glassware for reflux, liquid addition, temperature measurement, and more.

    4. Alloy steel mechanical seal with a PTFE connection interface, ensuring high-precision sealing under operating conditions.
