A low-temperature refrigeration circulator is a circulating device capable of precisely controlling low-temperature environments. It can cool, maintain constant temperature, and circulate liquid media, providing stable temperature support for various applications requiring low-temperature conditions.
Core Functions
Precise Temperature Control:PID control accuracy, digital temperature display, adjustment resolution of 0.1 degree, PT100 temperature sensor;Compressor deviation can be set to control the compressor’s start and stop;Environmental temperature monitoring function to prevent the system from operating in excessively high ambient temperatures.
Media Circulation:Equipped with a built-in circulation pump, it can deliver cooled media to external devices, ensuring a continuous supply of low-temperature environments and maintaining temperature consistency throughout experimental or production processes.
Main Components
Refrigeration System: Typically employs a compression refrigeration cycle, paired with components such as an evaporator and a condenser, to rapidly reduce the temperature of the medium.
Control System: Equipped with an operation panel (such as the button-type controller shown in the figure), it allows you to set the target temperature, monitor the real-time temperature, and check the device’s operating status via indicator lights.
Circulation System: Includes circulation pumps, pipelines, and other components to ensure continuous flow of the medium between the equipment and external loads.
Insulation Structure: The equipment casing features excellent thermal insulation performance, reducing heat exchange and improving temperature control accuracy and energy efficiency.
