    A low-temperature refrigeration circulator is a recirculating cooling device capable of providing sub-zero temperature environments. Many users, when making a purchase, tend to confuse it with a standard ambient‑temperature chiller. The key difference between the two is that a conventional chiller typically delivers chilled water in the range of 5°C to 35°C, whereas a low-temperature refrigeration circulator, utilizing multi‑stage cascade refrigeration technology, can stably supply cryogenic media at -40°C, -80°C, or even -120°C.

    

    In practical applications, this equipment addresses the need for rapid cooling after high-temperature reactions and the challenge of maintaining precise constant temperatures during low-temperature chemical processes. For example, in the synthesis of pharmaceutical intermediates, the reactor generates intense exothermic heat; if the heat is not removed promptly, it can lead to reduced product yields or even trigger safety incidents. The low-temperature refrigeration circulator, with its closed-loop system, not only ensures the medium remains at low temperatures but also minimizes coolant evaporation and contamination, enabling safe and efficient temperature control.

    

    Buying advice: When selecting a low-temperature refrigeration circulator, in addition to the temperature range, you should pay particular attention to the cooling capacity (in watts) and the pump’s head and flow rate. Cooling capacity determines the rate of temperature reduction, while head indicates how far the cold fluid can be delivered—this is especially important when connecting equipment that is located at a distance or has high flow resistance.
