The intelligent pressure transmitter is a new generation of industrial process pressure measurement equipment launched by Anhui Puli Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. It uses monocrystalline silicon differential pressure sensor technology to convert pressure/differential pressure signals from liquids, gases, steams, and other media into standard electrical signals of 4~20mA, combined with HART digital communication. It is suitable for process automation control systems in industries such as petrochemicals, power and energy, food and pharmaceuticals, and water treatment. The product has obtained SIL2 functional safety certification and passed validation in large-scale industrial projects such as Sinopec's material procurement system, meeting the high-precision and reliable measurement requirements of industrial sites.

1. Monocrystalline silicon sensor + ultra-high precision
 Puli intelligent pressure transmitter uses monocrystalline silicon differential pressure sensing technology, achieving measurement accuracy up to ±0.075% of the range limit. Monocrystalline silicon sensitive components based on semiconductor piezoresistive effects feature excellent linearity and repeatability. Typical accuracy indicators include a combination of linearity (BFSL), hysteresis, and repeatability errors, meeting the GB/T28474/IEC60770 performance testing standards.

2. Ultra-wide Measurement Ratio and Flexible Adjustment:
 Supports a range ratio up to 100:1, covering a measurement range from 200Pa to 10Mpa, adaptable from micro to high voltage. Users can freely set low limit values (LRV) and high limit values (URV) based on on-site conditions, significantly reducing selection difficulty and spare parts inventory costs.
