The wireless pressure transmitters produced by our company combine imported high-stability diffusion silicon sensors, Freescale ultra-low power microprocessors with outstanding performance and stability, and high-precision sensor signal conditioning circuits to form an intelligent pressure detection instrument. On this basis, a wireless remote transmission module has been added, which can be combined with our smart wireless receiving terminal to form a pressure acquisition system. This system changes the previous industrial transmission methods and switching power supply modes of RS485 and 4~20mA current signals, instead using a 3.6V lithium battery for power. This simplifies installation methods, saves customers on wiring costs, and truly achieves energy conservation and environmental protection. This product is widely used in various industrial pressure measurement systems, such as oil fields, power generation, petrochemicals, and some wiring situations where wiring is inconvenient.

2. Technical Features of Wireless Pressure Transmitters
1) More stable
Based on traditional methods, wireless pressure transmitters use high-quality components, high-precision reliable signal processing circuits, anti-interference circuits, software and hardware compensation, and other technologies. Through extensive experiments and testing, the instrument has advantages such as accurate measurement data, strong anti-interference capability, and ease of operation.
2) Wireless transmission
Traditional temperature transmitters generally have 4~20mA output signals, some still display locally, requiring signals to be collected by wires in the duty room or by personnel to record data on site. Due to harsh industrial environments, unstable power supply systems, damaged wires caused by maintenance equipment, and difficulties in management, data acquisition is unreliable and unreliable. This pressure transmitter uses the world's most advanced low-power wireless communication technology, with measurement and control instruments and monitoring devices operating in the 480MHz wireless open band; On-site data, alarms, and protection parameters can all be wirelessly and reliably transmitted to the duty room, overcoming the previous inconvenience of requiring on-site meter reading and long-distance cable transport, thereby achieving a people-oriented and economical goal.

Traditional pressure transmitters require mains AC or DC power supply; This instrument adopts the latest low-power technology, powered by a high-power lithium battery. A single 3.6V battery can reliably last more than a year and a half. The instrument does not need to worry about backend load issues or subsequent A/D conversion; it directly sends high-precision measurement data wirelessly to the reception terminal in the duty room, which then uploads it to the backend for unified data management.

4. Principle of wireless pressure transmitters
When this instrument is installed on a pipeline, when the medium in the pipeline acts on the sensitive element and presses it, its internal circuit detects an electrical signal proportional to the process pressure. This signal is precisely amplified and compensated by a linear amplification circuit, then enters the microprocessor for measurement, processing, and display, and the measurement data is wirelessly transmitted to a remote terminal device.

Wireless pressure transmitters generally use M20×1.5 connection and installation methods, and different installation interfaces and methods can also be designed and manufactured according to user requirements.
5. Precautions for wireless pressure gauges
1. This instrument uses battery power. To ensure battery life, please extend the wireless transmission time as long as possible while ensuring the timing response of your measurement system.
2. This instrument uses the wireless open band: approximately 480MHz; When installing, consider whether there are other devices operating in the same frequency band nearby; if so, maintain a certain distance;
3. To improve wireless transmission effectiveness, the instrument should be installed at a wide visual distance of at least 2 meters above the ground as much as possible; The installed instrument antenna should face the sky.
