  • RT 300℃ heating high-temperature circulator is a precision device specifically designed for high-temperature constant-temperature control, widely used in chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, materials science, and new energy fields, capable of achieving stable heating and circulating temperature control up to 300℃.

    The high-temperature circulation unit uses heat-transfer oil as the heat-transfer medium. In a closed system, electric heating elements raise the temperature, while a circulation pump forcibly drives the heat-transfer fluid, precisely delivering heat to target equipment such as reaction vessels, distillation units, and molds. Its key advantage is maintaining excellent temperature stability and safety even at elevated temperatures, meeting the stringent temperature-control requirements of industrial and research applications.

    Equipped with a high-flow, high-temperature-resistant circulation pump to ensure uniform heat distribution and prevent localized overheating. Some models support variable-frequency control, allowing flow and pressure to be adjusted as needed.

    Features an LED dual-display screen that shows the set temperature and the actual temperature in real time; supports touch buttons or PLC control, and some units are equipped with an RS485 communication interface for connection to a host computer, enabling remote monitoring and data logging.
