Overview of the 200℃ High-Temperature Heating Circulator
A heating high-temperature circulator (also known as a high-temperature constant-temperature circulator or a circulating electric heater) is an industrial and laboratory device that achieves highly precise temperature control through electric heating and forced liquid circulation, widely used in precision temperature-control applications requiring a stable heat source.

Working Principle
The high-temperature circulator employs a closed-loop forced convection temperature-control mechanism, with the following process:
Heating: The electric heating element is energized, rapidly raising the temperature of the circulating medium (such as heat-transfer oil);
Circulation: The high-temperature medium is pumped through the external circulation interface to the target equipment (e.g., the jacket of a reactor);
Heat transfer: The medium releases heat within the jacket, raising the temperature of the reaction system, then returns to the heater after cooling;
Feedback control: A temperature sensor continuously monitors the temperature of the circulating medium, and the controller dynamically adjusts the heating power to maintain a constant set temperature;
Pressure balance: An expansion tank accommodates volume changes caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the medium, ensuring stable system operation.

Enclosed Circulation System
