The universal belt purging radar level meter is a new generation intelligent measuring instrument specially developed for harsh industrial conditions with high dust, high steam, prone to condensation, and material caking. The equipment integrates high-frequency FMCW frequency modulated continuous wave radar technology, multi-angle universal adjustment structure, and an automatic purging and self-cleaning system, fundamentally solving the industry challenges of traditional level meters such as distortion, material snagging, frequent drift, and the need for regular manual cleaning. It provides long-term, stable, maintenance-free continuous level monitoring for various industrial media such as powders, granules, liquids, and slurries, making it the standardized, preferred measurement device for complex conditions in chemical, building materials, electric power, metallurgy, and other industries.
Core Working Principle:
This product offers an optional 80GHz high-frequency radar band and uses 26GHz/80GHz high-frequency FMCW technology. The antenna emits microwave pulses, which are reflected off the material surface and received. By calculating the transmit-receive time difference, the object level height is precisely converted, with measurement accuracy reaching ±1mm. After penetrating air, dust, steam, foam, and other media, the material surface reflects back to form an echo signal. The device is equipped with a high-precision signal processing chip that calculates the microwave transmission time difference in real time, accurately converting the real-time level and height of materials inside tanks and silos, with an effective measurement range up to 120m and measurement accuracy at the millimeter level. Compared to traditional measuring equipment, high-frequency radar beams have a smaller angle and more concentrated energy, are unaffected by fluctuations in temperature, pressure, humidity, or air pressure, and have strong anti-interference capability, ensuring stable and reliable measurement data under all operating conditions.
Universal Purge System: Equipped with a 360° flexible purge mechanism, it connects to clean, dry air or inert gas to continuously and directionally purge the antenna surface, actively removing dust, material accumulation, and condensate, eliminating signal attenuation and false echoes to ensure measurement continuity.
Universal adjustment structure: The universal flange supports ±10°~±30° angle adjustment, allowing the beam to flexibly avoid obstacles such as stirrers and heating tubes inside the tank, adapting to irregularly shaped tanks and complex installation scenarios.

To address the pain points of complex internal structures and material adhesion in industrial equipment, the equipment is equipped with a dedicated universal adjustment structure + fully automatic purging system as a dual core configuration, suitable for most special installation scenarios. The universal flange supports flexible multi-angle deflection, easily avoiding obstacles inside the tank such as stirring paddles, pipelines, reinforcement ribs, and baffles, eliminating measurement blind spots, and adapting to irregular installation conditions such as irregular tank bodies, eccentric installation, and high-level silos, offering extremely high installation and debugging flexibility.
The supporting intelligent purge system can connect to clean compressed air or inert gas to achieve 360° directional purging, continuously cleaning the radar antenna transmission surface, efficiently removing accumulated dust, condensed moisture, and adhesive materials, completely eliminating signal attenuation, false echoes, data jumps, and measurement failures caused by antenna pollution, significantly reducing equipment operation frequency and manual cleaning costs, and truly achieving long-term unattended and stable operation.

The entire machine adopts a high-strength industrial-grade design, with 316L stainless steel and food-grade/corrosion-resistant PTFE material for media contact. It combines resistance to high and low temperatures, high pressure, corrosion, and wear. The operating temperature range is -40°C~200°C, and it can be adapted to various working conditions from negative pressure to medium and high pressure. The entire equipment has an IP67 protection rating and passed intrinsic safety explosion-proof certification, allowing safe application in high-risk production environments involving flammable, explosive, highly corrosive, and dusty environments, meeting stringent industrial standards.
