Introduction and Features of the PLRE-10LEX Explosion-Proof Rotary Evaporator
10L explosion-proof rotary evaporator is a commonly used laboratory equipment for evaporation and concentration.
Core functionality: A motor drives the evaporation flask to rotate, increasing the liquid’s surface area, while a vacuum system lowers the boiling point, enabling low-temperature, high-efficiency solvent evaporation. It also incorporates explosion-proof safety features, making it ideal for handling flammable and explosive solvents.
Evaporation system: Includes a 10L round-bottom evaporation flask, a condenser, and a receiving flask, allowing for a complete evaporation–condensation–collection process.
Heating System: A stainless steel constant-temperature water bath at the base, supporting precise temperature control to provide a stable heat source for evaporation.
Explosion-proof and Control Components: Equipped with an explosion-proof motor and explosion-proof vacuum pump, paired with a pressure gauge and temperature control panel, it enables real-time monitoring of vacuum level and temperature, ensuring operational safety
Lifting Mechanism: Supports electric lifting, facilitating the installation and removal of evaporation flasks.
