Overview
Industrial prefabricated thermocouples are commonly used as transmitters for temperature measurement, along with display instruments, recorders, and electronic regulators. It can directly measure the surface temperatures of liquids, vapors, and gases in various production processes ranging from 0°C to 1800°C, as well as solids.
According to national regulations, our company produces prefabricated thermocouples such as platinum-rhodium 30-platinum-rhodium 6, platinum-rhodium 10-platinum, nickel-chromium-nickelsilicon, nickel-chromium-constant-copper, and other materials that comply with IEC international standard grading numbers.
Assembled thermocouples usually consist of key components such as temperature sensing elements, mounting fixtures, and junction boxes.

<10 ◆ Nominal pressure of the thermocouple: generally refers to the static external pressure that the protective tube can withstand at operating temperature to cause rupture.
◆ Minimum thermocouple insertion depth: should not be less than 8-10 times the outer diameter of the protective sleeve (except for Telie products)
◆ Insulation resistance: When the ambient air temperature is 15-35°C and relative humidity is < 80%, the insulation resistance is ≥5 megaohms (voltage 100V). Thermocouples with splash-proof junction boxes, insulation resistance ≥ 0.5 megaohms (voltage 100V) at a relative temperature of 93±3°C.
◆ Insulation resistance at high temperatures: At high temperatures, the insulation resistance (per meter) between the thermocouple (including double-supported types), the protective tube, and the double-supported thermoelectric electrode should be greater than the values specified in the table below.
