Introduction

Armored RTDs are a type of temperature sensor with smaller diameters than prefabricated RTDs, are easily bent, and have good shock resistance. They are suitable for installation in situations where prefabricated RTDs cannot be installed. Our company's WZPK series armored RTDs use imported RTD temperature measurement elements, resulting in accuracy, sensitivity, fast thermal response time, stable quality, and long service life.

The outer protective sleeve of the armored RTD is made of stainless steel and filled with high-density oxide insulators. Therefore, it has anti-contamination properties and mechanical strength, making it suitable for installation in harsh environments.

Working principle

Working principle of armored RTDs: Under temperature conditions, the resistance of the resistance wire changes accordingly. The display instrument will indicate the temperature value corresponding to the resistance generated by the resistor.
