1. Overview of Fixed-Flange Thermistors
Typically used in conjunction with indicating instruments, recording instruments, electronic controllers, and the like. It directly measures the temperature of liquid, steam, and gaseous media, as well as solid surfaces, within the range of -200°C to 500°C in various industrial processes.
2. Working Principle of Fixed Flange Thermoresistors
A thermoresistance measures temperature by exploiting the property that the electrical resistance of a material changes with temperature. When the resistance value varies, the measuring instrument displays the corresponding temperature.

6. Insulation Resistance of Fixed Flange Thermocouples at Room Temperature
The thermal resistance shall have an insulation resistance of >100 MΩ between the electrode and the outer sheath when tested at an ambient temperature of 15–35°C, with relative humidity not exceeding 80%, and under a test voltage of 10–100 V (DC).
