1. Working Principle of Explosion-Proof Threaded Fixed Thermoresistors
Explosion-proof thermoresistances utilize the principle of gap‑type flameproof protection, featuring a junction box and other components designed with sufficient strength to seal all parts that could generate sparks, arcs, or hazardous temperatures within the enclosure. When an explosion occurs inside the enclosure, the flame and heat are extinguished and cooled by the gap at the joint surface, preventing the propagation of flames and high temperatures outside the enclosure, thereby achieving flameproof protection.
